The Shoulder Bone's connected to the...

Dear Kell, Hope things are going well! From the looks of it, you're on a boat with steel toes, a hard hat, and brass balls...this is just what i gather, but nonetheless that must be nice! I've had a good week overall. I've managed to tear a sheath on a tendon in my right shoulder, you know, the one I punch people with, and so I've been having to nurse it for the last two weeks or so. It's starting to feel better, but now my non-punching shoulder is hurting and i reckon that is from having to over-compensate...I guess there comes a time when we all have to do that...anywho, I'm looking forward to St. Patrick's Day, and all of the festivities planned to go along with it...the green poo and all.
